Storefront Photos Won't Upload, or How Many Can I Add
Last updated: 2026-08-15
If storefront photos you've uploaded don't save, or several photos shrink down to just one after saving, check your plan's image limit first.
Example: Say a hairdresser on the Starter plan uploads three photos at once for their storefront gallery — a shopfront shot, a treatment example, and a finished styling result. The upload appears to go through, but after saving and refreshing, only the first photo remains and the other two are gone. No error message appears, which can look like a bug, but it's actually because the Starter plan's storefront image limit is one photo. Upgrading to the Growth plan unlocks up to 10 photos on the same screen.
- Check your plan's image limit: Free/Starter plans allow only 1 storefront image. Growth plan and above allows up to 10.
- Uploading past the limit: Even if you select several photos at once, the server re-validates the count against your plan's limit, so anything past the cap silently fails to save or doesn't appear on the page. There's often no error pop-up — just the earliest photo staying in place — which can look like a general upload failure.
- Fix: Check your salon's current plan under Settings > Plan, and upgrade to Growth if you need more than one gallery photo.
If your storefront shows fewer photos than you uploaded, it's usually a plan limit, not an upload fault.
