Connecting Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
Last updated: 2026-08-15
Connect your mini-site visits to your own GA4 and Meta Pixel accounts. (Growth plan only)
- Go to Settings > Storefront settings.
- Scroll down to the SEO & Marketing section.
- Enter your Google Analytics (GA4) measurement ID and Meta Pixel ID, then save.
- Once saved, every visit to the mini-site (and the booking page) fires a single PageView event to your own connected GA4 and Meta accounts.
Example: "Relax Spa" massage studio starts running Instagram ads and wants to know how many people who saw the ad actually landed on its page. After upgrading to Growth, the owner goes to Settings > Storefront > SEO & Marketing, enters the Meta Pixel ID issued from her own Meta Business account and the GA4 measurement ID issued from her own Google account, and saves. From that point on, every visit to Relax Spa's mini-site or booking page fires one PageView event to the Meta Events Manager and GA4 property that Relax Spa itself owns.
What exactly gets tracked?
Only a page-view event is sent. Individual booking-funnel steps — service selection, date/time selection, checkout, and booking completion — are not tracked separately, and there is no in-app Biseo dashboard that shows this data. To see your visit data, you'll need to log in to your own Google Analytics (GA4) property or Meta Events Manager directly. So in the example above, the Relax Spa owner can see "how many people landed on the page" in her own GA4 and Meta Events Manager, but this integration alone can't tell her "how many of them actually completed a booking" — for the actual booking count, she still needs to check the booking list in the Biseo admin panel separately.
