Limiting concurrent bookings with seats and facilities

Even with 5 staff members, if you only have 3 treatment chairs, you shouldn't be able to accept 4 bookings at the same time. Resource management is what prevents this.

1. Register your store's chairs, beds, wash basins, etc. under Admin > Seats/Facilities.
2. Once a resource is registered, the system automatically tracks how many units you have and blocks bookings for any time slot that would exceed the limit.
3. If you don't register any seats, the system assumes space is unlimited and keeps accepting bookings as long as a staff member is free.

Example: Say a nail salon has only 4 pedicure chairs but 6 nail artists rostered on. Register "Pedicure chairs" as a resource under Admin > Seats/Facilities and set the quantity to 4. Once 4 pedicure bookings already occupy a given time slot, the pedicure slot for that time disappears from the booking page — even if a 5th staff member is completely free at that moment. Without registering this resource, on the other hand, the system has no idea there's a limit on chairs, so as long as all 6 staff members are free, it will happily accept 6 simultaneous pedicure bookings — leaving two customers with nowhere to sit when they actually turn up.
