Comparing and Changing Biseo Subscription Plans

Biseo currently offers three plans you can sign up for, depending on the size of your salon and the features you need. A fourth, top-tier plan, AutoPilot, is in preparation for launch. Choosing between them mostly comes down to two questions: how many staff you have, and whether you need to send customers automated Kakao Alimtalk or SMS notifications.

• Free: A free-forever plan for solo owners. Includes basic bookings, standard AI chat, and email notifications.
• Starter: The first step for teams of two or more. Adds extra staff members, SMS notifications, and an unwatermarked mini-site.
• Growth: Includes every premium feature aimed at growing revenue, such as Kakao Alimtalk/WhatsApp integration, Stripe deposit payments, and loyalty points.
• AutoPilot: The top-tier plan for larger salons and multi-location operations. Planned to include 3,000 monthly notification credits, a 40% discount on add-on credit packs, and a fully custom domain connection. This plan is currently Coming Soon and can only be arranged by enquiring with us directly.

Example: A one-person home salon with no staff to add and no need for Kakao Alimtalk can run entirely on the Free plan, using booking capture and email notifications only. A salon with four people on staff (including the owner) that wants automatic Kakao Talk messages sent out whenever a booking is confirmed needs both staff management and Kakao Alimtalk integration, so Growth is the right fit. A two-to-three-person team that's happy with SMS reminders and an unwatermarked mini-site, but doesn't need Kakao Alimtalk, can get by on Starter.

Free trial period

A 14-day free trial is automatically applied when you sign up for Starter or Growth with two or more staff members set at signup. For example, if you set up a three-person team (including yourself) and sign up for Growth, you won't be charged for the first 14 days even after entering payment details, and you can use every Growth feature during that window. If the plan turns out not to be the right fit, you can cancel or switch plans before the trial ends. Solo (Free) tenants have no trial period and no time limit — they simply stay on the free plan indefinitely.
