Setting individual work schedules per team member

Separately from your shop's overall business hours, you can set a different work schedule for each staff member.

1. Go to Team > Schedules.
2. Edit a specific staff member's schedule to adjust their working hours.
3. For staff who take specific days off (for example, a 4-day work week), turn off the toggle for that day to mark it as a day off.

Example: Say your hair salon's business hours are 10am–8pm every day. A junior stylist works a 4-day week and takes Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Under Team > Schedules, turn off this stylist's Tuesday and Wednesday toggles to mark them as days off. From then on, this stylist won't appear at all in the list of available staff on the booking page on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and on the remaining days (Monday, Thursday–Sunday) they'll only take bookings between 10am and 8pm.

The booking system only accepts bookings within the overlap between [shop business hours] and [staff work schedules].

⚠️주의 (Warning)

A new staff member's work schedule is created only once, at the moment they're added — it copies the shop's business hours as they stand at that time. Changing the shop's business hours afterwards does not retroactively update the schedules of staff who already exist.

• Where possible, set your shop's business hours correctly before adding staff.
• If you change the shop's business hours after staff already exist, you'll need to go to Team > Schedules and manually re-edit each existing staff member's schedule yourself.
• For example, say your business hours start out as 10am–8pm and you add two stylists at that point. Later you extend your hours to 9am–9pm. Extending the business hours doesn't automatically stretch the two existing stylists' schedules to 9am–9pm — their individual schedules stay at 10am–8pm, so neither of them can be booked before 9am or after 8pm. To actually take bookings during the extended hours, you'd need to go into Team > Schedules and manually update each stylist's schedule to 9am–9pm yourself.
