Setting up your own profile on the Free plan

The Free plan is for solo owners: there's no need to add a separate staff member, since it uses the 'OWNER' account that's already created for you.

• No extra setup needed: The moment you sign up, a staff row for you (the OWNER) is created automatically in the system, along with a default work schedule (matching your business hours). You don't need to add yourself separately on the team screen. For example, if you run a waxing studio solo and finish signing up, you'll immediately see your own name already listed as a row under Team > Staff List, with a work schedule already set to match your business hours.
• Personalise your profile: Go to Team > Staff List and click your own account row. Adding a title (e.g. "Owner"), a bio, and a profile photo makes your entry look great in the mini-site's "Meet the team" section. For example, setting your title to "Owner / Waxing Specialist" and your bio to "8 years' experience, specialising in Brazilian waxing" gives customers a reason to trust you before they even book.
• Limited to one person: The Free plan only allows one staff member (you, the OWNER). For example, if bookings pick up and you hire an assistant, the moment you try to register them as a second staff member, the system blocks it and prompts you to upgrade to the Starter or Growth plan.
