How do I set things up right after signing up?
Last updated: 2026-08-14
Right after you sign up, you'll see a "Quick Start Guide" badge at the top of the admin screen. Follow it in this order:
- Confirm your business profile — Check your business name, address, and phone number. Select your building address from the dropdown so it shows correctly on the map, and enter your shop/unit number in the separate field.
- Add your services — Register your service menu with duration and price. For example, a hair salon might register "Haircut" (30 minutes, $30), "Perm" (120 minutes, $120), and "Colour" (90 minutes, $90) as separate services, each with its own duration and price, so customers see the correct time slots for whichever service they book.
- Add your team — Add staff and set their work schedules. Solo owners (Free plan) just need their own account. If your hair or nail salon has two or more staff members, invite each one as a team member and assign the services they're qualified to perform (for example, a senior stylist handles perms and colour, while a junior assistant only does haircuts), so bookings get assigned correctly from the start.
- Set your business hours — Set opening hours and breaks for each day. For instance, you might set weekdays to 10am–8pm, Saturday to 10am–6pm, and Sunday as closed, with a lunch break from 1pm–2pm carved out separately — that break window is then automatically blocked off on the booking page.
- Check your mini-site — Preview the mini-site that was created automatically. Check that your business name, address, service menu, and staff profiles all look right from a customer's point of view.
Once these are done, your public booking page is fully live.
Free vs. paid plans
- Free: solo owners get this forever, for free. For example, a nail salon owner running the business solo can keep using service registration, business hours, the mini-site, and booking management indefinitely without paying.
- Starter / Growth: teams of 2+ get a 14-day free trial before billing starts. For example, a hair salon with the owner plus one stylist and one assistant becomes a 3-person team, and the 14-day trial starts the moment that second staff member is added. During the trial, email and app push notifications send normally; SMS and Kakao AlimTalk require purchased credits to send.
