Client login (Google/Kakao) explained

Last updated: 2026-08-22

Clients can create an account and log in from the login button at the top right of the booking page. This account isn't tied to a single shop — it's one account across the whole platform, so a client can manage bookings across multiple shops in one place.

Three ways to log in

  • Google: one click to sign up or log in.
  • Kakao: one click to sign up or log in. Kakao shares the client's phone number as part of the consent flow, so unlike a Google sign-up, the separate phone-number step is often skipped.
  • Email magic link: enter name, email, and phone number, and a login link is sent by email. There's no password to forget.

What logged-in clients get

  • Name and contact details are pre-filled at booking time, so they don't need to re-enter them every time.
  • Booking history is visible in one place from their account (a client who hasn't logged in can only view/cancel their own booking through the individual link included in their confirmation message).

An account isn't required to book

Logging in is optional. Booking through the online form works fine without an account, and the link included in booking confirmations (Kakao Alimtalk, SMS, or email) lets a client view or cancel that booking either way.

Example: a client who logs in with Kakao at Shop A, then later books at Shop B (also on Biseo), can see both shops' bookings under the same account. Shop A's admin, however, still only ever sees Shop A's own booking data — even though the account is shared across the platform, each shop's data stays separate.
