■ Booking Policy • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. • For any rescheduling or cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may require a 50% deposit of the service amount for future bookings. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service time may be shortened or your appointment may be cancelled. ■ Refund & Satisfaction Policy • Refunds are not available for simple change of mind after the service has been completed. • If there is an issue with the service results, free touch-ups or corrections will be provided if you revisit within 7 days of your appointment. • Product purchases can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and sealed. ■ Service Guidelines • A full consultation with your assigned stylist will be conducted prior to any service. • Results for bleaching and perming services may vary depending on individual hair conditions. Expected outcomes will be discussed during your consultation. • Services for children under 12 are available only when accompanied by a guardian. • Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant or have any scalp or skin conditions. ■ Privacy Policy • Collected personal information (name, contact details, booking history) will be used solely for booking management and service quality improvement. • Customer information will not be provided to third parties, except as required by law. • Promotional and event updates will only be sent to customers who have agreed to receive marketing communications. ■ Salon Guidelines • To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, please help us maintain a quiet atmosphere in the salon. • Pets are not permitted inside the salon. • Please use the paid parking within the building or nearby public car parks. • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
